Ordering process:
Any order placed on the Salar Fllies website is done so in acceptance of these terms and conditions. Upon completion of the ordering process you will receive an e-mail detailing your order, this is not to be considered an order confirmation but an order acknowledgement.
If we are unable to process your order for whatever conditions we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible, this will normally be done via e-mail or telephone.
Order confirmation takes place when our products are dispatched to you, at this time the contact of sale will be complete.

Delivery:
Delivery will be carried out to the address supplied at the time of order, unless you inform us prior to the order being dispatched.
Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days of being received. They will be sent out via standard first class delivery unless otherwise requested. Salar flies take no responsibility for the liability for any delays or failure to deliver a product within an estimated timescale.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return them to the address below. We will not be responsible for the return postage.
