Tarpon Toad Rat Black & Red – Lightweight - Invented in the 1990’s by Gary Merriman this fly became very popular in the Florida Keys with a reputation for improving hooks ups for spooky fish.  The original fly was made with a bunny strip tail however this version use a Muskrat tails.  Much thinner than rabbit casting is much easier due to minimal water absorption.
