A brilliant fly for low water conditions and very popular in Iceland where black blue and yellow are extremely effective suiting the crystal clear waters typical of most Icelandic rivers.   The small tungsten conehead combined with the very small size of the fly gets it fishing at the right depth to stir idle fish from their lies.
