The No.1 Early season Salmon fly on the Northern Rivers of the Kola Peninsula in Russia.  We are not suggesting that this is the only fly you take however if you were to take just one fly then this should be it!  The slightly thinner design than on a regular Snaelda means that it creates less resistance and can fish better, deeper quicker.  Early Season on the Northern Rivers will mean that you will want to be fishing deep and as a result you will stand a good chance of loosing more than your fair share of flies however this is a small price to pay for what is likely to be the opportunity of the biggest silver salmon of your life.
