The bonefish bitter is a South American classic, fished heavily in Los Roques, Mexico and Belize. The Bitter tied using expoy resin to form the head with the addition of deer hair and rubberlegs. Salar flies offer the bitter in two different weights, the dumbell (weighted) vs the beadhead (unweighted).
